  • William R. Stevenson

    co-founder

    Bill Stevenson is a pioneer in the development of auctions and event marketing sales tools. He was co-founder and former President of Kennedy-Wilson, Inc. During his 20-year tenure at Kennedy-Wilson, Bill built the firm into the largest real estate auction company in the world ($1.5 billion annually). He personally oversaw and conducted hundreds of auction marketing programs for all types of real estate.

    Since leaving Kennedy-Wilson, Bill has conducted multiple auctions utilizing the Intellimarket Dynamic Pricing systems. He has sold everything from residential condominiums to high quantities of Ford automobiles to dealerships. Bill has also developed hundreds of residential condominiums in Los Angeles.

  • Dr. Charles Plott

    Dr. Charles Plott is the leading combinational auction expert in the industry and developer of the Intellimarket Dynamic Pricing systems. As a distinguished 35+ year professor at California Institute of Technology (Caltech), Dr. Plott has focused his research on testing, proving and applying economic and auction theory. He has consulted numerous large corporations and governmental agencies.

    In addition, Dr. Plott is the Director of Laboratory of Experimental Economics and Political Science at Caltech. His research interests include market adjustment, informational transmission and integration, the design of exotic mechanisms such as Smart Markets and regulation.

    • International Natural Rubber Organization - Combinational auction that increased prices by 108% of sales of identical product conducted under traditional auction rules
    • Federal Communications Commission - Served as the lead Consultant to the FCC in their development of an auction system to sell airwave license rights. These auctions have resulted in over $29 billion of income to the United States Government.

  • Holly Burgin

    Holly Burgin brings over 20 years of real estate marketing experience to the Intellimarket team. Ms. Burgin worked closely with Bill Stevenson at Kennedy-Wilson as Executive Vice President, being responsible for creating and implementing auction marketing programs for over $500 million of real estate in the United States and Europe. As part of the Intellimarket team, Holly is responsible for auction operations: coordinating marketing programs including all media, collateral, and public relations; event planning; and interface with Dr. Plott in system development and implementation. Holly has overseen several major auctions including homes for KB Homes, automobiles for Ford Motor Company and aquaculture plots for marine fisheries for the State of Victoria, Australia.

    Ms. Burgin holds a Master of Business Administration-Urban Land Economics from The Anderson School at UCLA.

  • Dan C. Lee

    Dan Lee has been actively involved in the development of hundreds of new construction condominiums. His experience in development has helped Intellimarket effectively market and sell over $150,000,000 of new condos since 2009. His primary responsibilities include sourcing new business, building client relationships, and overseeing Intellimarket's corporate operations.

    Prior to joining the Intellimarket team, Dan was Acquisitions Director of a major NYC-based residential and commercial real estate investment firm involved in value-add and development opportunities. He has also worked in acquisitions for Emaar, John Laing Homes and as an independent consultant to government entities, and private/corporate investors. Dan also spent over seven years as a management consultant in Andersen Consulting/Accenture's Strategic Services Practice. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.

  • Colleen Lakshin

    With over twenty years of new home sales and marketing experience, Colleen Lakshin has overseen the successful sell-out of several major homebuilder communities. During her long tenure in the new home industry, she has worked as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Shea Homes, Premier Homes, and Ultimate New Homes. She has won numerous awards for her work including Sales & Marketing Council's Marketing Director of the Year, Industry Leader of the Year and Hall of Fame. She is also very active in various builder organizations serving previously on the Board of Directors for BIA Riverside, Board of Directors for LA/Ventura Sales & Marketing Council and currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Inland Empire Sales & Marketing Council.

    Colleen plays the pivotal role of overseeing the Sales and Customer Service aspects of all Intellimarket residential auctions. She was instrumental in the success of several of Intellimarket's auctions including the Rowan in Downtown Los Angeles and La Playa Court in Playa del Rey.
